Customize Your Widget: Colors, Position, and Branding

Make the OpusVoice widget feel native to your brand. Full control over colors, placement, tabs, and more.

The OpusVoice widget is designed to feel like a natural part of your website. Here's how to make it yours.

Color

Set your primary color in Settings → Widget. This color is used for the widget header, send button, and accent elements. Pick any hex color that matches your brand.

Position

Choose bottom-right or bottom-left placement. The widget respects your choice on both desktop and mobile.

Greeting

Customize the greeting text that visitors see when they first open the widget. Make it welcoming and relevant to your audience.

Tabs

The widget has three tabs: Home (greeting and CTA), Messages (conversation list and chat), and Help (searchable knowledge base articles). All three are enabled by default.

Branding

Toggle the "Powered by OpusVoice" badge on or off. Enterprise plans can remove it entirely for a white-label experience.

Installation

Add one script tag to your website. That's it. The widget loads asynchronously and won't affect your page performance.
