Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OpusVoice.ai (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of service

OpusVoice.ai provides an AI-powered platform for sales and customer support, including chat, voice, knowledge base, analytics, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where feasible.

Account and use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, spam, or harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or others’ systems or data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

OpusVoice.ai and its content, features, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service.

Payment and subscription

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing on our website. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service or these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
